Why should I take courses with Joombas X?
Joombas X was founded by 153/Joombas Music Group’s founder and multi platinum producer Hyuk Shin, who has contributed significantly to the expansion of K-POP in the global market over the past decade.
153/Joombas Music Group has greatly expanded its vision and reach over the last 10 years. What started as a boutique music publishing & production house has now grown to become an influential, multi-faceted music entertainment company in Asia.
Joombas X provides you with all the tools you need to learn, share, grow, and reach your dream of becoming the next K-POP creatives.
Students will be able to tap into the insight of a partner that has been active in the K-POP scene for over 10 years, as well as gain hands-on access to a curriculum developed by the skills and knowledge of Joombas X’s proven industry professionals. We are pleased to introduce a system that accurately assesses your current skill level and is tailored around the sole purpose of leveling up your skills.
All courses will commence on a semester-basis, and students will receive support and mentorship from dedicated Joombas X educational managers and active producers/lyricists through each semester. Instead of a general lecture format, students will be able to learn through real-world application and direct communication (feedback, Q&A sessions) with relevant K-Pop professionals. Educational managers will be in constant communication with students to foster an active learning environment.
After completing all relevant courses, students will be invited to an alumni network where they will have access to a community of other like-minded students who have also completed their Joombas X courses. Students will be able to connect with colleagues to collaborate with and to share both music and feedback with. In addition, alumni will receive opportunities to participate in various challenges and events held by Joombas X via a dedicated educational manager with the goal of providing industry insights as well as the chance to debut as a music creative/professional.
All students are eligible for a number of challenge opportunities through our partnership with 153/Joombas Music Group. Students will receive various opportunities to participate in projects such as special music release projects, in-house song production, and exclusive contests. All of these opportunities will provide students with the chance to interact and network with specialized industry professionals in the K-Pop field, potentially enter into writer deals, and the potential to have their demos pitched to real labels in the K-Pop industry.
All Joombas X courses are conducted online. Students can freely watch the video on-demand (VOD) classes anywhere, anytime, on any device during the course period.
What if you registered for a Live format class? Don’t worry! All live classes are recorded and will be provided as a VOD for a certain period after the live class ends.
