About Joombas X
Joombas X is a music education and career development platform that guides future musicians on how to move forward in the music industry. To do this we enlisted the best K-Pop Hitmakers as instructors as well as having the guidance and support of 153 Joombas Music Group, the best music publishing company in Asia.
Joombas X Online School is designed with three main categories of programs: Regular Courses, Special classes, and Events, which include professional K-pop educational content. Each category was classified according to the duration of each course and the format of the class.
Joombas X’s online school is a new and improved online education program that will seek to provide tailored and specific tiers of K-Pop-related education for you to access anytime, anywhere.
It identifies students’ needs through beta services and provides an in-depth and solid curriculum with a variety of content tailored to their individual level. We will also lead students to grow in the long term by providing weekly feedback from the instructor.
About Program
Producing, Toplining, Lyrics This is an online regular course unique to Joombas X organized by category and level, and is conducted on a regular basis based on VOD contents with a systematic curriculum. Managers and professional mentors accompany each semester, and detailed feedback is provided on weekly lectures and assignments.
In addition, students taking Courses can use Live classes and Masterclasses unlimitedly during the course period.
“Special Classes” blend a combination of VOD content and Live courses across the categories of Producing, Toplining, and Lyrics. These are then split between two larger categories: Masterclass, a class designed to be a deep analysis and breakdown of songs; and Live class, which consists of both a one-day Webinar and a Bootcamp.
In Challenge, various contests organized by category are held irregularly.
Contests in Challenge offer a variety of rewards for winners, including cash prizes, prizes, and pitching opportunities.
Anyone who is a member can participate in the Challenge.
The more active your participation, the more Challenges can be held, so please participate.
If you are unsure which course to enroll in first, you can check your musical level with a free test and find the appropriate course for you from there.
The levels are categorized between Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced for all the categories of Producing, Toplining, and Lyrics. Each level has its own duration and specified program. Consultation with a manager is available based on the level test results.
The online school’s programs consisted of classes for K-Pop production and for mastering the process of composing and writing lyrics. Depending on the duration and class format of each program, you can register for the most qualified class according to your level and your individual circumstances
Producing Courses:
– Regular courses / Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced level
– 1 hour per week for 3 months, VOD format lecture
– Text feedback provided by the instructor after submitting weekly assignments
Lyrics Courses:
– Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced level
– 1 hour per week for 3 months, VOD format lecture
– Text feedback provided by the instructor after submitting weekly assignments
Special Classes:
– Irregular course / Various levels
– Masterclass: 90min of VOD format lecture / No assignments and feedback provided.
– Live Webinar: 90min for Live webinar lecture / No assignments or feedback provided / real-time communication with instructors.
– Live Bootcamp: 2 hours per week, 4 weeks for Live classes / Provide assignments and feedback.
Regular Courses and Masterclass lectures in VOD format are provided with English and Korean subtitles. In addition, the production course will provide feedback on the assignment in English. However, the Lyrics Course is conducted only in Korean due to the content of the class.
In the case of Live Webinars and Bootcamp, Korean instructors teach classes in Korean and global instructors in English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.
In the case of the Challenge, it is conducted in both Korean and English. You can check the challenge guidelines in Korean on the Korean website and in English on the global website.
Yes! Lectures are uploaded to VOD every week for 3 months. You can watch it whenever and wherever you can.
If you have any questions after watching the lecture, please leave them on “CLASUM”, and the instructor will answer them.
Once you complete the weekly assignment and upload it through “CLASUM”, the instructor will provide feedback on your assignment as text.
CLASSUM is an educational platform for the progress of regular courses.
Students will be enrolled in the course within the Joombas X homepage, and all courses for three months will be conducted within the CLASSUM.
It is an online education platform that allows you to upload class videos, announcements, assignment uploads, assignment feedback, questions, and communities every week without restrictions on time-space.
For the most effective learning experience, you will need to have a computer, speakers, and a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) or other appropriate software to create music. You can use the DAW that you are comfortable with for all classes/courses. Please note that instructors may all use different DAW’s from you and each other, but we encourage you to stick with what you prefer.
There is no special equipment required for the lyric writing process.
All special classes are updated irregularly. It will be updated according to the progress of the program and curriculum, and will be announced on the website, e-mail, and SNS of Jombas X.
All services and contents are supported on all devices including mobile, PC and tablet.
However, if you use the site with a tablet (iPad, etc.), you may feel uncomfortable, so we recommend using a PC or mobile.
Payment / Cancelation
Lectures and contents of Joombas X Online School can be purchased individually.
(Challenge content (contest) can be used for free when signing up for membership.)
The price of each course can be checked through the website.For Korean users, you can pay with a credit card or debit card. Korean users cannot pay with PayPal due to the PayPal policy!
For global users, you cannot pay with credit card and currently, you can only pay through PayPal.
Following the reorganization of the educational programs, all existing subscription plans will be terminated.
Different products have different refund policies.
If you need a refund due to unavoidable circumstances, please send an email to info@153education.com with the refund request information or leave a message at the CS center on the bottom right of the homepage.
For refund regulations, please check “Terms of Use” at the bottom of the website.
Refund requests may take 5 to 10 business days or longer to post the funds in your account, depending on your financial institution or location.

All user IDs are registered email accounts. If you can’t remember the registered email account, please contact us through info@153education.com or Channel Talk with your name, contact information, and the name of your purchased class.
If you can’t remember the password for your registered account, you can get a temporary password from the login page.
You can check the payment details of the product you paid for in the top right-hand corner of your screen Click “My Page”.
Click the My Page→ Payment Management → My Classes
You can manage your account on your mobile device in the same way you would manage it on a desktop or laptop computer.
