Through an understanding of how to find drum samples suitable for R&B/Hip-hop and drum mapping technology, select appropriate drum & bass sounds for the song in a pre-conceived direction and do the basic work of the track.
Rhythm element arrangement to contain the groove
You can learn how to add a unique groove to a basic drum-bass track by adding ‘counter rhythm’ elements. You can also use loops to add an engaging rhythmic element with a variety of ideas.
Layering the sound to give it character
By combining various sounds appropriately, we work to maximize the depth and richness of the sound of the track. Ear candy can be maximized by selecting the correct Sound FX.
Arrangement work to reinforce the characteristics of K-POP
We make arrangements to add essential elements to K-POP by making parts to change the mood of the song. You can use the originality of the song by including elements that make the hook more effective or by arranging it according to the flow.

Blair Taylor
Blair Taylor is a Grammy-nominated producer and artist whose music has been featured on multi-platinum albums and Billboard charts. Most notably, he received a Grammy nomination for his work on hip-hop star Travis Scott’s esteemed album, Astroworld. In addition to his work with US artists, he is also well-versed in the K-POP world, having produced music for EXO, Super Junior, and CRAVITY.

After the Live lecture, there will be a Q&A session with the instructor.
